The Council’s adopted policies and procedures set out how the council operates and how decisions are made. Some of the procedures are defined by statutory legislation while other are designed to meet the Council’s operational needs.

These documents are all subject to annual or periodic reviews and changes in legislation so the copies published here will change during the course of time.
