Botley Parish Quay
Location: Church Lane, Botley SO30 2UG. This site is owned by Hampshire County Council and managed by the Parish Council under a 125 year management agreement.
A small public slipway is suitable for launching small boats, canoes and kayaks.
Please note: There is no car parking available within the site. The nearest publicly available parking is at the rear of the Dolphin public house. The car park has three hours free parking and then charges apply (correct at July 2024)

Before you set off from Botley Quay, check the tide and wind forecast above.
- You need a tide height of at least 3.5m to launch from the quay.
- You need at least 4m to head upstream.
- If you are new to the river, don't paddle in winds above 15mph.
Conditions on the Hamble can change quickly. You are responsible for your own safety on the water.
